You will collaborate with Brand Managers and Sourcing Agents to align new offerings with customer needs and sustainable goals, while guiding cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, testing, and market introduction.

The role emphasizes strong project management, supplier evaluation, and a relentless focus on design, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product development experience in an e-commerce environment (Amazon)
• Strong project management with ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Engineering background or strong understanding of manufacturing and sourcing processes
• Creativity and innovation in product design and functionality
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with international markets and suppliers desirable
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities
