Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead Product Analyst based in Poland. This growth-oriented leadership role focuses on product and business analytics, expanding to broader analytical initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and people leadership responsibilities.

You will mentor analysts, shape standards, and guide data-driven decisions across Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams. You will collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and robust analytics infrastructure, while driving

Qualifications

Strong experience in Product Analytics influencing product decisions.
Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Hands-on experience with funnels, retention, cohort analysis, and growth analytics.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Interest in mentoring others and progressing toward leadership.

Responsibilities

Investigate product, marketing, and business KPIs and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort, and segmentation analyses.
Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and proxy metrics.
Quantify impact of initiatives and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth to support data-driven roadmap decisions.
Mentor junior analysts and help grow analytical standards and practices.
Develop analytical plans and manage cross-functional analytics projects.
