Job summary

CodiLime is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements for enterprise clients, shaping architectures and driving deals from discovery to close. You will craft offering decks, define profiles, and run architecture sessions with CIOs and VPs, with delivery centered in Warsaw and projects mainly for US clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in datacenter networking, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• A real pre-sales or solutions-architecture track record.
• Hands‑on experience building or selling networking solutions.
• Ability to build and present proofs-of-concept, ideally with automation tooling (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of Linux networking, switching, routing, SmartNIC/DPU, DPDK/VPP, FPGA acceleration, SDN data planes, Kubernetes networking, network security, virtualization, observability, and AI-infrastructure networking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on pursuits, backing up BDMs with direction on pitch and win strategy.
• Build and maintain offering decks, solution collateral and reference architectures.
• Define client profiles for data-center and AI-infrastructure modernization and qualify incoming deals.
• Run technical discovery and architecture sessions with clients alongside the BDM.
• Turn infrastructure challenges into proposals and SOWs and support negotiations.
• Own solution design across datacenter fabric modernization, AI-inference readiness, SmartNIC/DPU offload, Linux networking and security.
• Guide hands-on work across DPDK, VPP, eBPF/XDP, P4, SmartNICs/DPUs, FPGA/GPU offload, SONiC, Kubernetes networking and Open vSwitch.
