Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, Unified Communications, IoT, Cloud, or Security.
• Ability to translate business drivers into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, and commercial discussions in complex sales.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building across multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate into practical technology solutions.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering, acting as trusted advisor in design process.
• Design end-to-end solutions across WAN, LAN, UC, IoT, Cloud, and Security.
• Develop proposals ensuring alignment with customer requirements and deliverability.
• Support large bids with technical expertise, documentation, and cost models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to create integrated solutions.
• Build relationships with customers as a key technical contact during pre-sales lifecycle.
• Ensure designs align with industry standards and deployment outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and Vodafone capabilities.
• Present complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
