Talanto is seeking a detail-oriented Generative AI Analyst to support multilingual AI projects. This role is fully remote and offers project-based freelance work with flexible hours for Polish content annotation and quality review.

You will review AI-generated content across text, images, audio, and media, ensure guideline compliance, and contribute to high-quality data used to train models. Polish native, strong English writing, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Polish native proficiency required.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.
• Experience working with multilingual, multimedia, or AI-related content is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI content across text, images, audio, and video.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.
• Identify edge cases and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to high-quality datasets used to train AI models.
• Participate in calibration and quality alignment activities.
