Offshore Launch is seeking an Office Manager for Plumbing Dispatch & Operations (ServiceTitan) to own the Florida residential plumbing office in a remote role. You will manage calls, dispatch, invoicing, data cleanliness, and compliance, ensuring the team runs smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office management, strong ServiceTitan or similar platform experience, and excellent English communication. US daytime hours required; you will report to the Operations team and support growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in office management, dispatch, customer service or operations coordination, ideally in plumbing, HVAC or other home services.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (strongly preferred), or experience with Housecall Pro, Jobber or a similar platform.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident, warm phone presence.
• High drive and close attention to detail. You follow through without being chased.
• The ability to juggle phones, schedules and follow-ups at once without dropping anything.
• Availability to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades

• You are the first voice customers hear, answering and booking calls for service, estimates and emergencies.
• You will build and manage technicians’ daily schedules and update customers on arrival times.
• You’ll follow up on every open estimate until it’s closed or declined.
• You’ll invoice completed jobs and keep receivables current.
• You’ll maintain accurate ServiceTitan data: time, costs, details, lead sources, price book updates.
• You’ll track permits, COIs and local requirements to avoid lapses.
• You’ll coordinate with the bookkeeper, marketing agency and payroll provider.
• You’ll follow and maintain SOPs for office workflows.
