Qualifications

• Associate degree or Paralegal Studies certificate required.
• Experience as Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury law.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and research tools like Westlaw.
• Strong proofreading and transcription skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage hearings, filings, motions, and trials deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct legal research.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Proofread documents; use case management software to track progress.
