MCMAHON LYNCH LAW FIRM INC is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. You will provide support to our trial team, conduct legal research, interview witnesses, file documents, and assist attorneys with pleadings and motions in all phases of litigation.

Certification from California is required, and you will work in a remote role. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Qualifications

• Certification from California or an Associate Degree in Paralegal studies is required.
• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with legal procedures and court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent research skills and document management experience.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs.
• Ensure case-related documents are well organized and available for review.
• Conduct legal research and investigation.
