Job summary

TechTree is recruiting a Business Analyst (NET domain) for a large IT programme in Warsaw, near-site with no travel. The role bridges business and technical teams to model processes, elicit requirements and drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

You will work within a 10+ engineer development team on HR/asset management, financial processes and grant-management domains, translating needs into specifications and supporting change management.

Qualifications

• BA with enterprise information-systems background
• Experience on projects integrating systems and data platforms
• Excellent SQL and data-analysis skills
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in BA role
• C1 level English or higher
• Two of: CBAP, UML Foundation, BPM2 or equivalent
• Familiar with BPMN/UML notations and related tools

Responsibilities

• Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data
• Elicit and analyse business needs, requirements, and user stories
• Support product owners during requirements definition and manage requirements through the lifecycle
• Translate business needs into business requirements specifications
• Support business cases and feasibility studies
• Contribute to design, testing, QA, and change management activities
• Design, validate, and test business processes for process excellence
• Coach stakeholders on process changes and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate project objectives and scope to stakeholders
• Perform cost-benefit and what-if analyses
• Plan organisational change and support transition roadmaps
