Zusammenfassung

Weltrade is a remote-first fintech company with over 19 years in FX and online trading. You will join the Onboarding Team of the Payments department to manage provider relationships, optimise terms, and ensure robust coverage across key markets.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, tariff renegotiations, expanding payment method coverage, and close collaboration with Analytics, Legal, Compliance and Product.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in partnership or account management in payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment economics, fees, FX, settlements.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with providers.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with payment providers and P2P agents.
• Negotiate tariffs, limits and reserves to reduce costs.
• Expand coverage with new countries and methods.
• Coordinate with Analytics, Legal, Compliance and Product.
• Ensure smooth payment flows and reliable back-up providers.
• Maintain provider licenses and sanctions status annually.
• Back up Onboarding Team Lead when needed.
