Aryzta Europe Business Service Center in Wrocław is seeking a Reporting / FP&A Specialist to deliver accurate financial and operational reports, support planning, and ensure data quality across ERP and planning tools.

You will drive the redesign, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements of reporting solutions, collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience (6–7 in FP&A/reporting/controlling/analytics), ideally SSC/BSC.
• Strong expertise in reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance management in international setups.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and reporting tools (Power BI, SAC).
• Advanced Excel and data skills (automation, modelling, large datasets; SQL/VBA a plus).
• Proven track record in reporting transformation, automation, and cross-functional project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized operational analytics and reports across supported countries and business units.
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Lead redesign and transformation of processes focusing on automation, AI-enabled solutions, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, automated reports, and visualization tools using Power BI.
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Support month-end reporting and planning activities in close cooperation with finance and controlling teams.
