Job summary

Performante, a digital agency with a remote-first culture, is seeking a paid media specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and social platforms. You’ll develop media plans, oversee budgets, and optimize tactics while collaborating with Account Managers to prepare client offers and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in managing paid media campaigns on Google/Meta.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and optimization.
• Ability to design multichannel strategies across the funnel.
• Presenting performance metrics and aligning with KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
• Desire to learn, develop and take ownership.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Fluent English and native Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns, craft media plans, set budgets and tactics.
• Monitor performance, propose optimizations and improvements.
• Create comprehensive reports for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on offers and cost estimates.
