AltiSales is seeking a Data Operations Manager to lead projects that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty for US-based clients. You will oversee daily data operations, ensure data quality, and implement governance standards while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

You’ll manage data systems and drive data-driven decision-making with a strategic mindset and strong technical skills. This remote-first role supports international client engagements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of proven experience in data management, data operations, or a related role.
• 1+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing and sales strategies with ABM expertise.
• Proficiency in prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Clay, Google Sheets).

• Market Research and Analysis across North America and Europe to drive growth and customer engagement.
• Advanced Analytics and Insights using integrated systems to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
