Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist for a remote role located in Poland. You will configure Core HR and Learning modules, manage lifecycle processes, and shape reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities include data migration using HDL, data governance, and ensuring integration with internal systems. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning).
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into system configurations.
• Hands-on in HDL, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and data governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning).
• Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes and learning catalogues.
• Translate HR requirements into configuration, design, and solutions.
• Develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher; maintain governance docs.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
