Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist located in Poland to configure Oracle Learning, manage catalogues and enrolments, and build reports using OTBI and BI Publisher. You will support data migration with HDL, ensure data quality, and collaborate on SIT/UAT planning and go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes testing strategy, regression testing, and cross‑functional communication with global teams; a strong English proficiency and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred).
• Experience in Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows).
• Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher and HDL data migration.
• Knowledge of end-to-end testing and test management is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning setup and catalogues.
• Design and develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher; maintain documentation.
• Perform HDL data migration and data cleansing; validate data against business expectations.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, create test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
• Support go-live activities and cutover during hypercare; manage defect lifecycle.
