Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support team. You’ll handle day-to-day operations and longer-term projects to build scalable processes that deliver fast, high-quality help at scale.

Work with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, translate support insights into product improvements, and shape the support experience for newly acquired products.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations with projects like onboarding external providers and redesigning support delivery.
• Build scalable support systems: help centers, chatbots, automated flows, AI-powered solutions for fast, accurate user responses.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and translate insights into product improvements.
• Shape support experiences for newly acquired products by aligning operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
