Job summary

CloudLinux is seeking an experienced researcher or engineer to build a brand-new runtime protection product for Node.js. You will own the product, define the technical approach, and lead end-to-end implementation using our modern dev stack.

You will work with AI coding agents and scale across millions of sites. You will evaluate threats, design detection logic, and ensure the product delivers high performance with low false positives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with the Node.js runtime and the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Solid web security fundamentals and practical exploitation knowledge.
• Experience designing or building runtime protection or application firewalls.
• Ability to own a product from PM to QA and to coordinate with architects.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a brand-new product line for runtime protection in Node.js.
• Shape the technical approach, tooling, and deployment design.
• Lead end-to-end implementation with our dev stack and scale signals across millions of sites.
