Next Ventures is seeking a senior Network Security & Resilience Lead to strengthen enterprise-wide cyber resilience in remote environments. Qualifications

• Senior technical lead with extensive experience in designing secure, recovery-ready architectures.
• Deep expertise in network security and cyber resilience.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments in large, regulated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network security and resilience strategy across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design ransomware-resistant architectures with immutable storage, air-gapped patterns, and zero-trust network segmentation.
• Define and implement secure onboarding of applications into Rubrik Security Cloud.
• Architect and deliver a full Isolated Recovery Environment (IRE), including network isolation, hardened connectivity, and privileged access controls.
• Oversee full project delivery: scoping, planning, requirements, testing, deployment, and service transition.
