Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Network Project Analyst to join the Business Analysis team as a remote employee with about 20% travel across Europe. You will lead requirements gathering, define project scope, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including site moves and greenfield builds.

You will work with architects, developers and infrastructure engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring policy compliance and clear documentation for

Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco switches, Wi‑Fi APs, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling.
• Experience running RFP processes and selecting optimal solution providers.
• Demonstrated project management abilities, including end‑to‑end delivery and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiar with planning, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes to align IT solutions with goals.
• Lead requirements gathering and collaborate with business users to define solutions.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery including site moves and greenfield builds.
• Work with Infrastructure Engineers on network designs and documentation.
• Conduct policy audits and ensure SBD standards compliance.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs with Architects/Developers.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to implement standardized IT infrastructure.
