Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, Wi‑Fi APs, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling.
• Experience running RFPs and selecting solution providers.
• Strong project management, end-to-end delivery, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize IT solutions to meet business goals.
• Lead requirements gathering with business users.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including relocations and greenfield builds.
• Review network designs with Infrastructure Engineers and ensure quality documentation.
• Ensure policy compliance with corporate standards across all sites.
• Translate business needs into technical specs with Architects/Developers.
• Create documentation and training materials for business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for standardized IT infrastructure implementations.
• Act as central coordinator for IT Infrastructure projects.
