You will plan, lead, and optimize the sales process, expand our reach with new customers through cold calling and mail, and build lasting relationships while achieving KPIs. This role offers a Scandinavian-inspired culture, remote work from anywhere in Poland, and clear opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, not required.
• Experience in sales including cold calling.
• Commercially oriented with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Polish and communicative English; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales success by planning, leading, and enhancing the sales process, focusing on MSC and Training services.
• Expand reach by meeting business requirements and acquiring new customers through cold calling and mailing.
• Submit ideas and monitor the market to identify needs and propose sales policies and plans.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve KPIs for new product sales, prepare offers and contracts, and monitor sales processes.
