Job summary

Simple Life is seeking a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to shape movement programs for Simple Move. You will turn user needs, product goals, expert input, and performance insights into engaging guided experiences that sustain motivation and habit formation.

You’ll partner with the LTV product manager, set KPIs, and iterate on program content, ensuring safety with medical/fitness expert review, and scaling with AI tools. This is a hybrid role with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product such as fitness, wellness, habit formation, or education.
• Ability to set KPIs, read engagement and retention numbers, and translate them into concrete content decisions.
• Attention to detail in program design: exercise selection, order, duration, and progression.
• Ability to work fast and autonomously, proposing drafts and iterating on feedback.
• Experience partnering with medical or fitness experts for safety verification.
• Familiarity with AI tools to structure, generate, and scale program content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our LTV product manager on renewal cycles and build hypotheses into CR, retention, or renewal bets.
• Own program quality and determine principles, concepts, and exercise sets that move CR, retention, and renewal.
• Ensure timely delivery of programs and experiments, preserving the underlying logic.
• Translate hypotheses into ready-to-test workout experiences with defined order, duration, and progression.
• Generate supporting assets with AI tools and upload final versions to the CMS.
• Create new programs and improve existing ones using competitive and seasonal insights.
• Collaborate with medical/fitness experts for review and safety verification.
• Track performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets and feed results into next iterations.
• Coordinate with the Product Content Lead on briefs and priorities for new programs and topics.
• Make programs engaging and natural, avoiding textbook-like feel.
