Job summary

nove8 is seeking a Motion Designer to craft performance-driven motion creatives for mobile apps and paid campaigns. You will collaborate with UA and marketing teams to produce ads that are tested, iterated, and scaled.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience with mobile/web products, strong AE and design tool skills, and a portfolio demonstrating animation proficiency. Remote or hybrid work options are available to suit your location.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience working with mobile/web products.
Experience creating content focused on performance marketing.
Ability to work with AI tools in production.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop for animation assets.
Strong portfolio of completed projects.
Understanding of editing and animation basics.
Knowledge of AE plugins.
English level at least B1.

Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback.
Adapt motion creatives for different ad formats and platforms (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin).
Work closely with creative producer to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive.
Manage projects and meet deadlines.
Follow industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering.
