Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Krakow is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to help build our local presence and support a growing client base with cross-functional teams in Dublin, New York and Sydney. The role offers early involvement in a developing team focused on trade and cash processing, reconciliations and client deliverables.

You will need 3-5 years in Middle Office, strong Excel and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years' of experience within a high demand fast paced work environment including experience in the Middle Office Space with strong product knowledge across OTC and listed products.
• Ability to interact with different market stakeholders to support the resolution of position and cash breaks.
• Strong Excel skills with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Review the trade and cash details of trades in the market.
• Confirm and process the cash settlement of Resets, Option Premiums and Net cash figures.
• Ensure the accuracy of all trade bookings, end of day pricing, and client deliverables.
• Effectively communicate with clients assisting with all systems and trade related queries.
• Work closely with the various middle office, NAV, IT, risk, and investor service teams.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve client processes with our business development team.
