Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Specialist, MES Technical Deployment (Ignition) to lead configuration, deployment and support of the Ignition MES platform across sites from Poznan to global locations. You will act as an Ignition SME, drive improvements, and collaborate with site engineers, production teams and external partners to ensure reliable operations and data-driven decisions.

Role includes training, go-live support, and occasional international travel, with a focus on standards,

Qualifications

Hands-on MES experience with Ignition platform.
Ignition Certification (Gold preferred).
Experience integrating MES with ERP/CMMS systems.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
Familiarity with other MES platforms and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Deploy, upgrade and stabilise Ignition across sites.
Configure screens, reports and interfaces per global standards.
Support testing, commissioning and go-live at site level.
Deliver user training and post-deployment support.
Troubleshoot system, integration and network issues with internal/external teams.
Develop reporting and analytics for operational insight.
Contribute to global documentation and standards.
Translate business needs into MES requirements and specs.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams.
Some international travel for deployments and stabilisation.
