Starting as an independent contractor with a 1‑month probation, you’ll join a fast‑moving team that values ownership, fast learning, and precise delivery.

Responsibilities

• Media Buying: learn and take over ads setup, launch, monitor and optimize under senior guidance.
• Account management: own client communication and provide regular performance updates.
• Creative strategy: develop concepts, angles and hooks for ads and write briefs for editors/designers.
• Lead a creative strategy pod and ensure outputs align with the brief and strategy.
• Own end-of-day quality control on creative to match strategy before live campaigns.
