Job summary

Varonis is seeking a driven MDR Security Analyst to join our 24x7 global Managed Data Detection and Response service. You will monitor, triage, investigate, and elevate incidents where data is at risk, ensuring we meet operational SLAs for customers worldwide.

Based in Poland, this fully remote role follows daytime hours while collaborating with teams across regions to provide continuous coverage. Strong security tech knowledge and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MDR/IR/SOC or similar experience.
• Degree or certification(s) in cybersecurity and/or proven ability to operate across cyber security disciplines.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor detections within the Varonis platform and respond promptly.
• Triage detections using rigorous analytical methods.
• Validate findings and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
