Job summary

FireMinds Tech is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and drive the development and performance of multiple iGaming brands across Tier-1 markets. You will define product priorities, improve player experience, and work with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

This leadership role combines product strategy, ownership, and team management. You will set roadmaps, monitor metrics, and collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming.
• Senior/Lead Product Manager or Product Lead experience.
• Hands-on experience with the SOFTSWISS ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of online casino products and lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple iGaming brands.
• Lead and develop the Product team, setting clear goals and priorities.
• Analyze key product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance issues.
• Drive improvements across the full player journey — from registration and deposits to gameplay, retention, and withdrawals.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Technical teams.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and player behavior across Tier-1 markets.
• Work directly with SOFTSWISS and other third-party providers.
