Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience owning features from discovery through delivery with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of engagement and monetisation mechanics such as progression systems, promotions, loyalty or VIP programmes, or events.
• Excellent ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories for Engineering with minimal ambiguity.
• Commercial mindset linking product decisions to revenue, player behaviour and business performance.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making (Looker, Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and configurable CMS-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of engagement programmes from concept through launch.
• Design progression systems, promotional journeys, and events to drive engagement and revenue.
• Translate commercial ideas into detailed product specifications for Engineering.
• Prioritise features by impact on conversion, retention, engagement, and monetisation.
• Define success metrics, analyse feature performance, and run A/B testing to optimise mechanics.
