Growe is a leading business advisory and services group in iGaming and Entertainment, seeking a Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap of a core platform powering multiple products and international markets.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery to delivery—collaborating with HQ leadership and engineering teams, and using a data-driven approach to guide initiatives that balance customer needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles, preferably in iGaming.
• Proven track record delivering digital products end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, strategy, and opportunity identification via qualitative and quantitative research.
• Hands-on collaboration with engineering in software product development environments.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to interpret metrics and validate hypotheses.
• Experience balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end from idea validation to delivery and optimization.
• Lead product discovery, strategy, and opportunity identification through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Collaborate with HQ leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility to guide product decisions.
