Kinguin is seeking a Lead Engineer to accelerate SDLC with advanced AI agent tooling. You will build and maintain tools, optimize agentic workflows, and evaluate AI models while ensuring security and quality.

The role requires deep software engineering experience, fluency in English, and hands-on use of AI coding agents across multiple vendors. Remote work is offered with flexible hours; Warsaw business hours apply.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year daily hands-on using AI coding agents.
• Proven experience building AI agent tooling.
• Fluent English; availability to work Warsaw business hours.
• Strong programming in Go, Python, and TypeScript; experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain AI agent tooling, including harnesses, integrations, sandboxes, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and optimize agentic workflows for planning, coding, testing, reviewing, and documentation with human oversight.
• Evaluate AI models and coding agents to identify effective solutions for engineering tasks.
• Implement security and quality controls to ensure auditable, secure AI-generated code.
• Develop automated evaluation processes to measure agent performance and improve delivery.
• Drive AI adoption across engineering teams through training and mentoring.
• Continuously improve development workflows by experimenting with new AI technologies.
