Job summary

CAMP Systems Private Limited is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design, scale, and deploy data science solutions that drive measurable business impact. You will lead model development across cloud ML platforms, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with product and engineering to embed analytics into our workflows.

Responsibilities include delivering AI features, building agentic workflows, and guiding experimentation with rigorous validation across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure

Qualifications

• The candidate has production experience delivering generative/agentic AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Strong experience with LLMs/LMMs, prompting, RAG, and eval frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL plus applied statistics and data mining.
• Hands-on with scikit-learn and TensorFlow for model development.
• Deploying and scaling models using Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building agentic AI systems and memory/planning workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver generative AI features: design/fine-tune/assess LLM/LMM apps.
• Build agentic workflows with tool use, memory, and orchestration.
• Develop, deploy, and scale ML models end-to-end.
• Integrate analytics into applications and systems.
• Analyze large datasets to inform strategy and product direction.
• Apply rigorous statistical validation on models and results.
• Optimize ML pipelines and cloud integrations (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Mentor junior teammates and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/business across teams.
