Job summary

Addepto is seeking a Lead Data Scientist / AI Engineer / Tech Lead to join our AI and data engineering teams. You will lead the development and deployment of scalable ML solutions across industries, guiding architecture, pipelines, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, translating client needs into data science problems, and driving end‑to‑end projects from proof of concept to production. Strong cloud and MLOps skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience designing scalable AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end ML projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience deploying ML solutions to production in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and validation of ML solutions.
• Lead AI solution architecture design to meet complex business goals.
• Research and select tools/tech to meet requirements.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and promote growth.
• Translate client needs into data science problems.
• Architect data pipelines and ensure data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data/Software teams for AI application builds.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage tasks in Agile/Scrum and ensure timely delivery.
