Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience with hands‑on leadership.
• Strong Kotlin and Android architecture skills including Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM.
• Experience shipping and maintaining long‑running background tasks such as audio playback.
• Ability to drive code quality with tests and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design through release.
• Maintain reliability metrics for key features and nightly builds for QA.
• Review pull requests with constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Unblock the team and ensure the best version is used across the codebase.
• Lead discussions with Product, Design, and Engineering to align constraints.
