Job summary

N-iX is seeking a skilled Agentic UX / Conversation Designer to lead end-to-end dialogue design for a flagship Voicebot and Chatbot in a telecom context. You will craft voice personas, tuning for Azerbaijani language specifics while coordinating with AI engineers and business teams.

The role involves working across Avaya, Genesys, and mobile apps, with a focus on latency, accuracy, and seamless escalation to human agents. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Conversation Designer, Agentic UX Designer, or related role in conversational AI.
• Deep expertise in dialogue flow mapping, prompt engineering for spoken LLMs, and voice persona design.
• Experience with real-time voicebot/chatbot architectures, STT/TTS pipelines.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, RAG retrieval flows, and MCP gateways/APIs.
• Exposure to contact center integrations (Avaya, Genesys, mobile apps).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end conversational UX and dialogue design for flagship Voicebot and Chatbot across speech and digital channels.
• Define, document, and refine voice personas, turn-taking, barge-in rules, fallback strategies, and escalation logic.
• Design prompts, test, and optimize LLM prompts for spoken multi-turn dialogue in Azerbaijani.
• Map agent hand-off workflows, intent routing, and tool invocation contracts with AI Engineers.
• Collaborate with analysts and CVM teams to integrate offer decisioning and NBO outputs.
• Establish dialogue NFR baselines and quality metrics for latency and UX.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and production hypercare for conversational flows.
