Job summary

UMAEZ LLC seeks a hands-on Klaviyo specialist to own all email and SMS retention campaigns for our DTC brands. You will build flows, manage campaigns, and optimize segmentation to maximize engagement and revenue, operating in a remote, async environment.

You will collaborate with copywriters and designers, run tests, and deliver clear performance readouts. Familiarity with Shopify integration and data-driven decision-making is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience in managing flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce integrations.
• Strong QA discipline to ensure zero broken links or missing UTMs.
• Data literacy to interpret performance metrics and make clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all email and SMS flows in Klaviyo including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back.
• Set up and manage campaigns on schedule and to brief.
• Create audience segments based on behavior, lifecycle, and purchase history.
• Run A/B tests and report clear actions from results.
• Own QA across every send and monitor deliverability and list hygiene.
• Pull regular performance reports and monitor KPIs such as open rate and revenue per recipient.
• Maintain the email/SMS calendar with Head of Retention.
• Stay updated on Klaviyo updates and retention trends.
