Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Junior Price Manager in Poland to join a collaborative team that builds profitable proposals for hardware, software and services. You will analyse profitability, prepare price sheets and support pricing decisions across scenarios, while maintaining prices throughout customer agreements.

No prior pricing experience is required, with full onboarding provided. You will work with sales, technical experts and business partners, using Microsoft Office to analyze data and produce

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career, with an interest in analysis and business.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• An analytical, detail-oriented and well-organised approach, with a collaborative and curious mindset.
• Previous pricing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams, technical experts and other business partners to develop profitable proposals.
• Prepare pricing proposals and price sheets for customer offers.
• Analyse profitability, cash flow and commercial risks across different scenarios.
• Support price reviews and approval processes.
• Maintain and update prices throughout the lifecycle of customer agreements, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Analyse market information and benchmarks to support pricing decisions.
