Job summary

Inetum Polska is actively modernizing Java applications and migrating from legacy components to Spring Boot. You will contribute to API standardization, event-driven integration with Kafka, and cloud-ready deployment strategies in a modern, hybrid work environment.

The role also emphasizes automated testing, CI/CD improvements, and exploring AI-assisted code review and tooling to accelerate delivery. Fluency in English and Polish is required for collaboration across teams in Poland.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spring Boot and Java.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI.
• Fluent communication in English and Polish (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Migrate and modernize Java applications, migrating from Wildfly to Spring Boot.
• Standardize APIs and evolve OpenAPI specifications.
• Integrate systems via Kafka for event-driven communication.
• Develop robust integration and regression tests to ensure parity.
• Design Kubernetes environment and deployment strategies.
• Refine CI/CD pipelines for faster, stable releases.
• Explore AI-assisted code reviews and automated tooling.
