Job summary

Reply Group is seeking a Java Developer to join our international engineering team in Katowice. You will design and implement new features using Java, microservices, Docker, SQL and Kubernetes, collaborating with product owners and business analysts.

You will also support standardization efforts and create technical concepts and documentation while enjoying training opportunities, language courses and an extensive benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field like computer science, math or physics or similar qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Java developer
• Experience with Maven, Git/Subversion and Jenkins
• Familiar with DevOps, continuous delivery, clean code, TDD and agile methods
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with strong leadership qualities
• Cloud/Platform: AWS -> EKS, RDS, MSK, Redis, EC2, Secret Manager
• OS: Linux distributions
• Project tools: Jira, Confluence
• Remote work allowed with initial daily office presence for 2 weeks, then 1–2 days per week; more as needed
• Fluent Polish and strong English; German a plus

• Develop using open-source frameworks and tools such as Java, microservices, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes
• Design new features in collaboration with product owners, business analysts and other stakeholders and implement them
• Support the implementation and further development of standards
• Create technical concepts and documentation
