Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a skilled back-end engineer in Poland to shape client requirements and translate them into scalable Java/Spring Boot solutions. You will design, build and maintain microservices, ensuring robust asynchronous communication and RESTful APIs.

Collaboration with international clients and frequent travel are part of the role. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, experience with NoSQL and event-driven messaging, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience in designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Good understanding of asynchronous communication, including message queues and event-based messaging.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and an understanding of eventual consistency.
• Solid knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs.
• Fluent English and native-level Polish.

Responsibilities

• Shape requirements with the client as the project evolves.
• Turn business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Design, build and maintain back-end services in a microservices architecture.
• Work directly with the client and keep the team in sync.
• Make technical decisions on your own and flag risks early.
