Software Mind seeks a skilled Java Backend Engineer to join a delivery-focused project. You will design and implement microservices, shape requirements with the client, and work directly with the team in a dynamic environment using AI tools.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, NoSQL, and asynchronous messaging is essential. Fluent English and Polish are required, with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous messaging and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and eventual consistency.
• Solid knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs.
