The role emphasizes NIS2 and AI Act compliance, ISO 27001 ISMS, and collaboration with stakeholders to mitigate risks while guiding technology modernization and vendor management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as IT Team Leader/Manager and 5 years as System or Network Administrator.
• Knowledge of latest industry solutions and cloud/virtualization technologies.
• English proficiency for professional communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across levels of the organization.
• Experience with Atlassian products and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Administration operations and provide strategic leadership.
• Ensure adherence to NIS2 Directive and AI Act within IT operations.
• Maintain hands-on leadership while guiding core IT functions.
• Conduct security, privacy, and risk assessments for software and AI tools.
• Establish secure infrastructure frameworks and AI governance for internal projects.
• Support maintenance and ongoing improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001).
• Proactively track cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements and update policies and systems.
• Identify and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks related to emerging technologies.
• Manage IT budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor management.
