Laminar, a consultancy with a growing product team, seeks an IT Security Manager in Poland. You will lead the IT security function, mature security systems, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 while aligning with industry best practices.

You'll manage software, hardware, and infrastructure, establish SLAs for user support, and mentor a high-performing IT team across departments. Join us to shape a culture of excellence and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of IT security systems and vulnerabilities; experience with Microsoft and Google environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; risk/compliance management and audit processes.
• English communication: precise and structured, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of making workplaces better beyond basic expectations.

• Lead strategic IT projects to identify and close security risks while staying compliant with ISO 27001 and audits.
• General IT management: oversee software, hardware and infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and controls.
