Job summary

Consensys is hiring a Systems Administrator to build and run the technology layer that enables operations with strong security and SOC 2/ISO 27001 alignment. You will manage IdP, device fleet, SaaS licenses, and internal tools in a fully remote, async environment, partnering with Security and Engineering to keep systems reliable and compliant.

You will own identity and access, device posture, and tooling automation, supporting a distributed team across time zones while maintaining rigorous

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure or operations ownership in a distributed tech environment.
• Hands-on IdP management with SSO, SAML, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Google Workspace administration including user lifecycles and security policies.
• Experience managing developer tools and business SaaS platforms.
• Cloud/edge zero-trust administration with Cloudflare and cloud providers.
• Endpoint posture management and security tooling integration.
• Strong communication for asynchronous, global teams.
• Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and run internal technology foundations: IdP, device fleet, SaaS licenses, and IT tooling.
• Establish reliable IT processes and support for a remote, async team.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to implement controls and documentation for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
