Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Software Support Engineer (M/K) to join our client team. You will perform remote software deployments, analyze issues, and manage support tickets under SLA agreements.

The role requires at least 3 years in software support, a technical Bachelor's degree, and excellent English. Occasional shifts, on-call duties, travel, and a valid driver's license are expected. This permanent position offers remote work options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software support.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Very good command of English.
• Willingness to work occasional shifts/on-call duties and travel.

Responsibilities

• Remote software deployments and updates.
• Analysis and resolution of issues reported by customers.
• Handling and documenting support tickets.
• Providing customer support under service agreements (SLAs).
• Preparing and maintaining test environments.
• Supporting the testing of new system releases.
• Managing software licensing matters.
• Creating and maintaining user guides, documentation, and procedures.
