Job summary

CSMI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to supervise IT projects from initiation to completion. The role requires frequent travel to client sites, data centers, and company offices to ensure project execution.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A current security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field required.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, IT infrastructure and cloud tech.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, MS Project.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to project sites, vendor locations, and company offices as required.
• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to the development of project management methodologies.
