Experis is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate hardware and software lifecycle projects across a global enterprise. This 100% remote role focuses on delivering network infrastructure upgrade initiatives while managing budgets, vendors, and stakeholders.

You will lead multi-site projects, oversee plans and risks, and ensure timely execution. Strong communication and procurement experience are essential for success in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Infrastructure Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Hardware and Software Lifecycle Management (HLCM/SLCM) projects across multiple sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, and project documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Organize kick-off meetings and coordinate activities with local and global teams.
• Conduct remote site assessments and gather technical, operational, and financial data.
• Support budgeting, procurement, ordering processes, asset tracking, and vendor management.
• Coordinate activities with network engineers, IT teams, suppliers, and site contacts.
• Oversee hardware deliveries, implementation schedules, and change windows.
• Arrange local support for network hardware installation when required.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and support project administration activities.
