Job summary
Altimi is a technology acceleration partner delivering software development projects for international clients, with a focus on DACH and Scandinavia. We seek an IT Business Analyst / IT Business Architect to design and deliver advanced IT solutions, including AI-driven initiatives, combining business analysis, solution design and presales engagement in a client‑facing environment.
You will engage with senior stakeholders, translate complex needs into effective IT solutions, and lead presales
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT business analysis or solution analysis experience.
- Experience in presales, offers, and project estimations.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured solution concepts.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sessions to identify business needs.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into high‑level architectures.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define solutions.
- Review databases and understand data flows across systems.
- Assess datasets for AI initiatives and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Prepare scope of work, proposals and diagrams using UML/BPMN.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and project estimations.
- Support sales with presentations and demonstrations.
