Jobgether, partnering with a client in Poland, seeks an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations to enhance stability of banking applications. You will analyze incidents, collaborate with developers and vendors, monitor systems, and manage access while driving automation and improvements.

The role emphasizes problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and adherence to security policies in a fast-paced IT operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or application operations within enterprise/financial services.
• Solid understanding of incident and problem management and IT service management processes.
• Experience using IT service management and documentation tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to banking applications and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot application errors with developers and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor banking apps and IT systems, optimize monitoring, and pursue automation opportunities.
• Configure and administer banking applications and manage user roles per business requirements.
• Provide first- and second-level support and coordinate major incident response and communications.
• Process user access requests and maintain permissions per security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, changes, and resolutions while updating knowledge base.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across application operations and service delivery.
