Job summary

ART2HIRE is assisting a Silicon Valley–based, profitable B2C startup seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role owns the influencer program end-to-end, including strategy, budget, creator selection and performance measurement, across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and newsletters.

You will negotiate deals (flat, CPA/affiliate, hybrids), track CAC/ROI, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with product, finance and brand teams. Remote across Europe with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer, creator or partnership marketing with real spend under your control.
• Built an influencer program before or set up a new one from zero.
• Experience running programs across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters).
• Hands-on with flat-fee, CPA/affiliate with promo codes, and hybrid deals.
• Comfort with measuring CAC, ROI and explaining numbers to stakeholders.
• Budget ownership and data-driven defense of spend with knowledge of disclosure rules and platform policies.
• Fluent English (C1) for negotiations, meetings and company-wide writing.

Responsibilities

• Build the influencer program from zero: strategy, process, tooling and playbook.
• Own the influencer budget: plan, allocate across channels and deal types, report results.
• Source and manage creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and newsletters.
• Negotiate and structure deals: flat-fee, CPA/affiliate with promo codes, hybrids.
• Run campaigns end to end: outreach, contracts, briefs, content review, launch and payment.
• Make performance measurable: tracking links, codes and attribution tied to installs/subscriptions/CPA.
• Decide who to keep, grow or drop based on numbers, not follower counts.
• Ensure program compliance: disclosure rules and platform policies.
• Decide where outside help is worth it and manage agencies/networks/tools.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, product and finance on launches and forecasts.
• Report results to leadership and propose next steps.
• Leverage AI tooling for creator research to reporting.
